Common topics
- Google Sign-In — Use the same Google account you want your backup tied to. Cloud backup with Google (included with Premium) uses that account.
- Local vs cloud data — Free use keeps practice data on your device. With Premium, Cloud backup with Google backs up your sessions and history when you sign in with Google, so you can restore them on a new phone.
- Free vs Premium — The free plan includes voice counting, the Morning Energy journey, up to 3 sessions, practice history, streaks, reminders and home-screen widgets. Premium adds the Belief Meter, unlimited sessions, all 6 journeys and Cloud backup with Google. Premium is billed monthly or yearly through Google Play, and new subscribers may get a 7-day free trial; the app shows the price before you subscribe.
- Journeys — Six themed journeys of six affirmations each: Morning Energy (free), plus Self-Love, Gratitude, Stress Relief, Afternoon Focus and Evening Wind-Down (Premium). Tapping a locked journey opens Premium. If you already have a session made from a journey that is now Premium, it stays in Sessions with its history and keeps counting.
- Belief Meter — Included with Premium. While you speak, it shows how strongly you’re saying your affirmation and gives each practice a belief score.
- Home-screen widgets — Touch and hold an empty spot on your home screen, tap Widgets, then pick Affirmation Counter. Choose from three sizes (4×2, 2×2 and 4×1); the play button starts a practice right away. Widgets are free; the belief chip on the 4×2 widget shows your latest belief score with Premium.
- Subscriptions & billing — Manage or cancel Premium in the Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play policy.
- Delete my account — Follow the steps on Delete your account. Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your phone.
- Mic / counting — Affirmation Counter needs microphone permission to recognize spoken practice. You can revoke it anytime in Android settings (counting by voice will stop working).
